I feel like I start out all of my recipes by telling you just how easy they are but seriously haha most of what I make is easy and quick because mom life.
This recipe was super fun and Luke and I both chowed down on them! They are full of protein and are great for a snack or for dessert. We store ours in the fridge as well making them nice and cold when you go to eat them which for some reason makes them even better!
These are also allergy friendly making them great for birthday parties if you have guests coming that need an alternative treat!

No Bake Oatmeal Bites
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together(if it is too gooey then add more oats)
- Put in the frige for 10-20 minutes
- Roll into balls as best as you can and enjoy!
