Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread
Ingredients
Bread
- 3 Bananas Mashed
- 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Gluten free flour
Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper
- Mix together the bananas, sugar, egg, butter and vanilla
- Add in baking soda, salt, flour and stir until mixed. Don’t over mix
- Stir together the cinnamon sugar in a small bowl
- Pour half the batter into the pan and then sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over it. Then pour the rest of the batter in and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until done, just continue to check it!
